NSRC Club facilities can only be rented by our members.

I'm interested in renting the pool and pavilion for a party, what do I do?

                          Please send an email to nsrcboard@gmail.com with the date and time of your                            requested party and an estimate of guests attending. We will confirm with the                            Social Chair Person if that date and time is available and approve your party                              or suggest other open day and times. If your party is tentatively approved, you                            can then send your completed rental agreement and payment.

Non-Private Party General Information

​

Inviting more than 5 guests to the pool constitutes a party.

​

Parties may be scheduled daily during normal business hours, except holidays. 

​

The base rate for renting is $20 for 3 hours. 

​

Two (2) lifeguards are required for each party. The rate for each lifeguard is $15 per hour. 

​

On the day of the party, the tables in the pavilion will be reserved for your party for 30 minutes before your scheduled party and 30 minutes after to allow for set up and clean up of your party. Guests must follow all NSRC rules and Gwinnett County Requirements. The Club reserves the rights to limit the number of party guests.
