What is a Stock Member and why would I want to be one?

                             Stockholders get to attend our Club meetings and vote on Club items. If your                               membership is concurrent, you pay a lower price on yearly dues. Your first                                 year becoming a Stock Member is $250 plus $375 for membership dues.                                     Every concurrent year you would pay only the $375 membership dues.

What is included with my membership?

                            NSRC members get to enjoy our swimming pool, pavilion, 2 tennis courts,                                    basketball court, picnic area, and playground. We have almost 7 acres in the                              heart of our subdivision. Members receive emails for our social events and                                  reminders are posted to our Facebook group @Nantucket Subdivision.

Can I sell my stock? 

                             The only way to sell your stock is to sell it to the person buying your                                             home. Please contact the Membership Chairperson for more information.

What is the deadline for returning Stock Holder dues?

                             In the past, there has not been a deadline for members to renew. For 2020                                 we are asking returning Stock Members to pay by March . This helps us                                        set and approve budgets early and do any needed updates before opening                                   day.

Where can I send my payment?

                            We prefer Venmo because the payments show up instantly and                                                       then the pool and tennis codes can be sent. Please email us if payment is                                  not sent electronically so we can be on the lookout for your dues.

Do you have lifeguards?

                           Yes, for 2020 we hired 3 lifeguards. We aim to have constant lifeguard hours                               but ultimately the schedule is based on our lifeguards availability. For 2019                                 our lifeguard hours were as followed.

                                                            Wednesday & Thursday - 4 PM-9 PM.                                                                                                Friday-Sunday - 3 PM-10 PM.

How long is the pool season?

                           Our pool is tentatively open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather                                         permitting. In some years, we have extended the season into September. The                             Board does reserve the right to alter pool hours and season based on                                           weather, finances and other unforeseen issues.

What times are the pool open daily?

                           Monday - Thursday 9 AM-9PM

                           Friday - Sunday 9AM-10PM

                          *Once school resumes in the Fall, hours will change based on usage.

Does Nantucket have a swim team?

                           Currently, NSRC does not have a swim team.
